Really good Culinary Experience

I had an lovely dining experience at the Italian Dune restaurant. The food was simply excellent, and the manager was kind enough to allow us to transfer our drinks to the rooftop bar after dinner. The ambiance was stunning, and the variety of flavors truly impressed me. I highly recommend their seafood and BBQ dishes; they're out of this world! This dining experience added so much value to our stay.

Luxuriously Cozy Rooms

Our room was a beautiful blend of traditional and luxurious decor, offering stunning views of the desert. My stay at Bab Al Shams was a magical experience for our 25th wedding anniversary. The moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special with a lovely room upgrade and thoughtful touches like fruit, sparkling juice, and a beautiful anniversary cake. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with dedicated attention and personalized experiences. However, I did notice that some staff were less motivated over time. Overall, while it was a remarkable stay, the maintenance issues with the pools and noise from renovations were a bit disappointing.
