Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Bab Al Shams was a magical experience for our 25th wedding anniversary. The moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special with a lovely room upgrade and thoughtful touches like fruit, sparkling juice, and a beautiful anniversary cake. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with dedicated attention and personalized experiences. However, I did notice that some staff were less motivated over time. Overall, while it was a remarkable stay, the maintenance issues with the pools and noise from renovations were a bit disappointing.
I had a wonderful stay at Bab Al Shams Hotel, which truly provided a peaceful retreat in the desert. The architecture and natural surroundings made for a stunning and relaxed atmosphere, although I did notice some hidden charges that made the overall value a bit questionable. The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, but the dining experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Overall, it’s a lovely getaway, especially for families looking to unwind.
The hotel is absolutely stunning, offering a unique experience in Dubai with beautiful architecture and exceptional dining options. The service is remarkable, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. However, the dining can get quite pricey, and the food near the pool wasn't ideal due to fruit flies. Overall, it's a relaxing oasis that's worth visiting, but just be mindful of the costs.
My recent stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful highlights and some frustrating experiences. The attention to detail and prompt service were exceptional, making for a relaxing time in a beautiful desert setting. However, my family faced significant issues with the room allocation and dining reservations which marred our experience. Overall, it's a beautiful facility with fantastic potential, but some operational hiccups need addressing.
My stay at Bab Al Shams was truly magical, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The resort is uniquely designed and feels like a warm embrace of Arabian culture. While the staff was friendly and attentive, I noticed a few hiccups in service at times. Although the dining at Masala was exceptional, the main restaurant could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a wonderful oasis, but the shopping experience needs enhancement given its remote location.
