The service was great. every detail showed excellent quality. the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh choices. dinner at ninive was great.
i was told i had to pay more to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. it was not taken seriously.

the breakfast buffet was extensive, offering many choices. the pool area was clean and well kept. i particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere during the day, it was very relaxing. the staff members were helpful with directions and local information.
the wifi signal was weak in some areas of my room. this made it difficult to stream videos, i hope they improve it soon.

the arabic design was superb i found the pool to be very clean the breakfast buffet included several options i sampled. i liked the rooms they now have it looked very fresh. the staff in restaurants was attentive i did notice. the grounds are very large it took some time to walk around
