Wonderful Desert Getaway!
perfect service fresh choices
The service was great. every detail showed excellent quality. the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh choices. dinner at ninive was great.
i was told i had to pay more to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. it was not taken seriously.

cute staff clean pool fresh fruit prompt service
I found the staff cute. the pool area was clean with available towels. the breakfast buffet featured many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. i especially appreciated the prompt room service. My requests were always handled quickly.
the gym equipment felt a little dated.

the room was a terrace garden view king room it was spacious and well appointed the breakfast buffet had a wide selection and chef sahab singh was very accommodating the pool area was relaxing with plenty of space for lounging
the hotel felt busy and crowded during peak hours at times the service in some areas was a little slow

breakfast buffet quiet atmosphere
the breakfast buffet was extensive, offering many choices. the pool area was clean and well-kept. i particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere during the day, it was very relaxing. the staff members were helpful with directions and local information.
the wifi signal was weak in some areas of my room. this made it difficult to stream videos, i hope they improve it soon.

arabic design fresh room breakfast buffet
the arabic design was superb i found the pool to be very clean the breakfast buffet included several options i sampled. i liked the rooms they now have it looked very fresh. the staff in restaurants was attentive i did notice. the grounds are very large it took some time to walk around
the check-in process was long there was a small queue

missing bathtub unhelpful staff
i was told that i do not have a bathtub in the room i booked a room with a bathtub specifically i was looking forward to some rest i asked to be moved to a room with a bath because that was something i was really looking forward to the reception staff didn't understand my concern or try to resolve anything
